Icing on the shit cake

so apparently even though I'm emotionally okay with the current situation my body has decided it is not and now I have the evil plague from hell which I'm paranoid is really something worse than the flu. I never get fevers over 99 at the worst and for the past 2 days I've been burning up at 100-102 off and on and I have this nasty dry cough that just won't quit. None of the Doctor's offices I've called are picking up right now because it's lunch hour so I'm probably not going to get to see someone until tomorrow and I'm not sure I can take another night of this misery.
